Increase in Salary @ 15% as Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022
Scale BPS-1 to BPS-19 employees will be given Disparity Allowance on basic pay, this allowance will be applicable from 1st March 2022. The Ministry of Finance has recommended giving this allowance to the provincial employees as well. Preparation of summary for time scale promotion has also started. The protest call of federal government employees was shown. The decision to give a 15 % disparity allowance will be based on the report of the Pay and Pension Commission, which will be formally approved by the Ministry of Finance.
Time scale Promotion
The allowance will be given on a basic salary. It is recommended to give, in addition to the finance Division official. A summary for the time scale promotion of employees has also been prepared. ، وزارت خزانہ کی جانب سے باضابطہ طور پر اعلامیہ جاری کر دیا گیا ، جس میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ 15 فیصد ڈسپیر ٹی الاونس کا اطلاق یکم مارچ سے ہو گا ، الاونس رنگ بیک تنخواہ پر دیا جاۓ گا ، اعلامیہ میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ صوبائی حکومتوں کو بھی صوبائی ملازمین کو یہ الاونس دینے کی سفارش کی گئی ہے ، اس کے علاوہ خزانہ ڈویژن نے سرکاری ملازمین کی ٹائم سکیل پرومشن کیلئے بھی سمری ، تیار کر نا شروع کر دی ہے ، خیبر پختونخوا کی طرز پر وفاقی ملازمین کی آسامیوں کی اپ گریڈیشن کا فیصلہ اپریل کے آخر تک اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن کے ایم ایس ونگ کی اسٹڈی رپورٹ کے بعد کیا جاۓ گا۔
