How to Apply for Post

1. Candidates should submit their complete application on Prescribed Performa along with Attested Copies of (Educational Documents, Experience Certificates, NOC, Domiciles, CNIC,Two passport size photographs dong with the application form via Registered Mail Courier Service to the office of the Additional Registrar University of Home Economics.
2. Candidates must clearly mention the Post Applied For on the top right corner, of envelope and fee slip
3. Candidates, applying for more than one post must submit separate apportion form, as well as paid separate processing fee challan.
4. Candidates already in Service of a Government Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of the NOC along with application form by the due date; otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
5. Only short-listed candidates will be allowed for interview No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
6. General Age relaxation shall be given as per Govt of the Punjab Policy.
7. 3% Quota for disabled person and 5% Quota for Minorities shall be observed as per Government of the Punjab Policy.
8. The University reserves the rights to increase or decrease the numbers. of positions in any category 9.The University reserves the rights to withhold appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason

The University of Home Economics, Lahore established in1995 as College of Home Economics to educate female students in various life skills. The basic aim of University of Home Economics was to prepare girls to manage their home routine activities and family living style. The College had partnership with Oklahoma University, USA to assist in curriculum development and teacher training. Within 10 years of its foundation, the College started offering MSc., B.Ed. and C.T. courses. Later, the scope of education was widened to groom them as empowered women who can join various fields as professionals.
