Eligibility Criteria:
All persons including men/women having CNIC, aged between 21 to 45 years having entrepreneurial potential are eligible for kamyab Jawan scheme. For the purpose of E-commerce and IT-related business lower age criteria is 18 years & minimum qualification is matriculation or equipment.

Preference for women:
- 25% Of the loans is reserved only for women.
Loan Limit:
The limit of the loan is divided into three tires, those are under given.
- Tier 1: In tier 1 loan limit is from Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 1 million.
- Tier 2: In tier 2 loan limit is from Rs 1 million to Rs 10 million.
- Tier 3: In tier 3 loan limit is from Rs 10 million Rs 30 million.
Loan Time period:
- Loan time period is up to 08 Years.
Grace Time period:
- Grace time period is also given up to one year according to the size and nature of business
Debt to Equity Ratio:
For Beginner Businesses:
- Tier 1- 90:10
- Tier 2- 80:20
- Tier 3- 80:20
For Running Businesses:
- Not applicable for all Tiers.

Application Form:
- The application form is would be available in both Urdu and English languages, and require the minimum necessary information at Kamyab Jawan portal.
- The application processing time will not be more than 30 days, at the time of CNIC online verification by NADRA fee of Rs.100 will not refundable.
